B = Breakfast, S = Snack, L = Lunch, D = Dinner
Monday -
B: Oatmeal Pancakes w/Peanut Butter
S: Apple w/ Iced Water
L: Stew w/ crackers
D: Pasta w/stir fry veggies, garlic bread
Tuesday -
B: Cereal, Toast, turkey bacon
S: Granola Bar w/ Iced Water
L: Stir fry veggies, whole wheat couscous, slice of turkey
D: Swedish meatballs, green beans, buttered noodles, salad
Wednesday -
B: Banana Muffins & fruit salad
S: Rice Cake snacks with hot tea
L: Fish Filet Sandwhich w/ carrot sticks & raw broccoli & ranch
D: Beans & wild rice
Thursday -
B: Baked oatmeal w/ bananas
S: Snickerdoodles with Milk
L: Tukey BLT Sandwich, Carrot Sticks, Apples
D: Chicken & Scalloped potatoes casserole, salad, garlic bread sticks
Friday -
B: Biscuits w/ Gravy & turkey sausage
S: Hot veggie dip & corn chips
L: Leftovers
D: Meatball Subs w/carrot sticks & ranch
Saturday -
B: Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, toast, hashbrowns & sliced tomatoes
S: Celery w/ Peanut butter with Milk
L: *Back Yard Olympics* Cooking hot dogs with homeschool friends
D: Pizza night (Sausage & Olive Pizza)
Sunday -
B: Baked Oatmeal w/peanut butter toash
L: Chili w/ Beans & cornbread
D: Chicken quesadillas rice & re-fried beans
