Experience the refreshment of God's living Word
The following daily scriptures and "affirmations" (for lack of a better word) are the beginning of each day for me. I typically take about five minutes each morning after my daily devotion to declare these words, aloud. I wanted to pause and take a moment to share them with you. I can tell you, dear sisters, that I know God moves daily on my behalf using these Words and He strengthens my heart and my desire for His will during this time. I promise that you can tell a difference in my attitude and emotions if I have not taken my daily time to proclaim His Word over my life. I hope that you will find some comfort of your own in God's Word and claim them for yourself!
THE LORD IS THE STRENGTH OF MY LIFE!
Psalms 118:24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Today I choose love instead of fear. I choose peace instead of conflict. I choose to be a love-finder instead of a faultfinder. I choose to be a love-giver instead of a love-seeker.

Everyday in every way, by the grace of God, I am getting better and better through words and actions of faith, God's wisdom imparted and Christ's discipline in my life.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
God has forgiven me, and I forgive myself.
1 John 27 But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.
My generous Father has blessed me with abundant life. I am grateful for this, and I enjoy giving my time, talents, money, and love to others.
Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.
God loves me with His unconditional love, so I love Him with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I am free, now, to love my neighbor as myself.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the LORD alway: and again I say, rejoice.
God has given me a strong body, a fine brain, and has filled me with His Holy Ghost. That makes me a talented, gifted, persistent, and hard worker. I will reach my goals to give Him glory.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.
God loves me, so I love Him, believe in Him, and trust my life to His care. I will faithfully serve Him!
God is my loving Father. He has given me a Savior, His Holy Spirit, a healthy body, a fine mind, material abundance, a wonderful husband, loving children, amazing parents, an awesome church and many friends. I am grateful and ever thankful.
